The number of free trial students who became paying members during the period. Use this alongside the Trial Conversion Rate chart to evaluate your trial program effectiveness.
- 3
Churned
Members whose billing was cancelled in the selected period — whether by self-cancellation, non-payment, or staff action.

Active Members
The current total count of students with an active billing record. This is a snapshot of your active membership as of today, not filtered by date range.
- 5
Churn Rate
The percentage of active members who cancelled each month. Only available for months after the analytics deployment date — earlier months will show '—' because the event history does not exist yet.
- 6
Retention Cohort
Of members who joined in a given calendar month, what percentage are still active at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months later. Cells showing '—' mean insufficient time has elapsed to compute that interval yet.

The percentage of trial students who became paying members each month. A rising rate indicates your trial experience and follow-up outreach are improving.

Open Rate
The percentage of delivered emails that were opened (unique opens only — a student opening the same email twice counts as one). A healthy open rate for studio emails is typically 25–40%.
- 2
Click Rate
The percentage of delivered emails where a recipient clicked at least one link. Useful for measuring how effective your calls-to-action are.
- 3
Bounce Rate
The percentage of sent emails that were rejected by the recipient's mail server. A high bounce rate may indicate outdated or invalid email addresses in your student records.
- 4
Unsubscribe Rate
The percentage of delivered emails that resulted in an unsubscribe. If this is rising, consider reducing email frequency or improving content relevance.
- 5
Filter by category
Use the category filter pills at the top of the Email tab to narrow stats to a specific notification type (e.g., billing alerts, class reminders, welcome emails). 'All' shows combined stats across every category.
