Refer a Friend
Invite friends to join your studio and earn credits when they sign up and make their first payment.

Open Refer a Friend
Click 'Refer a Friend' in the sidebar to access your referral dashboard.

Check your stats
At the top of the page, you'll see your total referrals, pending referrals, and credits earned so far.

Generate a new referral link
Click 'New Code' to create a unique referral link. Each link contains a readable code based on your studio's name (e.g., korea-tiger-mma-A7B3).

Copy the link
Click 'Copy' next to any referral link to copy the full signup URL to your clipboard. Share it with friends via text or social media.

Track status
Each referral shows its current status: Pending (link not used yet), Signed Up (friend registered), or Completed (first payment made, credit earned).

Click 'Invite' on a pending referral
Next to any pending referral link, click the 'Invite' button to open the email invite dialog.

Enter your friend's details
Type your friend's name and email address, then click 'Send Invite'. They'll receive a branded email with your referral link and a button to sign up.

Email sender
The invite email is sent from your studio's custom email address if one is configured, otherwise from [email protected].

When credits are applied
Credits are awarded after your friend's first successful payment, not when they sign up. This ensures the referral is genuine.

Reward types
Your studio may offer different reward types: a Free Month credit (equal to your full monthly payment), a fixed dollar amount, or a percentage of your friend's first payment. Check the reward column in your referrals table to see what you'll earn.

View your earnings
The 'Credits Earned' stat at the top shows your total lifetime referral earnings. Each completed referral in the table also shows the specific credit amount.
