Check Your Email

Look for an invitation email from your martial arts studio. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Click the Invitation Link

Click the secure link in the email to begin setting up your account. This link is unique to you and expires after a certain period.

Set Your Password

Choose a strong password for your account. Make sure it's something secure but memorable, as you'll use it every time you log in.

Go to Your Studio's URL

Navigate to your studio's custom portal URL. This is typically in the format: yourstudio.mydojang.net

Enter Studio Code and Email

On the login page, enter your studio's code and the email address associated with your account.

Enter Your Password

Type in the password you created when accepting your invitation, then click Sign In.

Dashboard

Your home page shows quick stats, upcoming classes, recent activity, and important announcements from your studio.

Progress

View your current belt rank, curriculum requirements, and completion progress for your next rank advancement.

Schedule

See all upcoming classes you're eligible to attend, filtered by your belt rank and program.

QR Code

Access your unique QR code for quick check-in at the studio kiosk or with your instructor.

Locate the Profile Switcher

Parents with multiple children enrolled can find the profile switcher in the header navigation bar.

Click to Switch

Click on the current student's name to see a dropdown of all students associated with your account.

Select a Student

Choose which student's profile you want to view. The entire portal will update to show that student's information, progress, and schedule.

What is MFA?

Two-factor authentication (MFA) adds extra security to your account. After entering your password, you'll also need a code from an authenticator app on your phone.

Enable MFA

Go to Settings in the portal sidebar and find the 'Two-Factor Authentication' card. Click 'Set Up' and follow the steps to scan a QR code with your authenticator app.

Logging in with MFA

When MFA is enabled, after entering your password you'll be asked for a 6-digit code. Open your authenticator app and enter the current code to complete login.

Lost your authenticator?

Use one of your backup codes (saved during setup) to log in. If you've lost those too, contact your studio — they can reset MFA on your account.

What are push notifications?

Push notifications send you real-time alerts for class reminders, schedule changes, and studio announcements directly to your device, even when the portal isn't open.

Enable notifications

Click the bell icon in the portal header or go to Settings and toggle on 'Push Notifications'. Your browser will ask for permission to send notifications.

What you'll receive

Get notified about upcoming classes, schedule changes, billing alerts, progress updates, and important announcements from your studio.

Disable anytime

Turn off push notifications in Settings or through your browser settings if you prefer to only receive email notifications.
