Stay informed about new features and improvements to the member portal.

Viewing Updates

Navigate to What's New
Click 'What's New' in the portal sidebar to view the latest platform updates. This feature is available to all members and parents.

Check for unread updates
An unread badge shows the number of new updates you haven't read yet. The badge appears next to the 'What's New' menu item.

Browse recent updates
Updates are listed with the newest first. Each update shows the title, publication date, and whether you've read it.

You'll only see updates published after you joined the studio. Historical updates won't appear in your unread count.

Reading Updates

Expand an update
Click on any update to expand it and read the full details. The update automatically marks as read when you open it.

View full details
Each update includes a detailed description of new features or changes, along with the importance level and publication date.

Follow help links
Some updates include a 'Learn More' link to relevant help documentation. Click the link to learn more about the feature.

High importance updates (marked in red) contain important information about changes that may affect how you use the portal. Make sure to read them carefully.
