School Store
Browse and purchase branded merchandise from your school's online store. Items are printed on demand and shipped directly to your door by Printful — no need to pick up at the studio.

Visit the store link
Your studio will share a link to their merchandise store. It typically looks like [your-studio-slug].mydojang.net/store. You can also find it linked from your member portal if your studio has enabled it.

Browse products
The store shows all available products — apparel, gear, and accessories branded with your school's logo and colors. Click any product to see available sizes and colors.

No account required (if enabled)
Depending on your studio's settings, you may be able to shop as a guest without logging in. If guest checkout is disabled, you'll need to sign in to your member account.

Select a product
Click on any product to open its detail page. Review the available variants (sizes and colors).

Choose your variant
Select the size and color you want. If a variant is greyed out or missing, it's temporarily unavailable.

Add to cart
Click 'Add to Cart'. You can continue browsing and add more items before checking out. Your cart persists while you're on the site.

View your cart
Click the cart icon to review your items, quantities, and the subtotal before proceeding to checkout.

Member checkout
When logged in to your member portal, your name and email are pre-filled at checkout. This is the fastest way to complete a purchase.

Guest checkout
If your studio allows guest checkout, enter your email address at the checkout screen. You'll receive an order confirmation and shipping notification at that address.

Shipping address
Enter the address where you want your order delivered. Printful ships from their facilities — allow standard print-on-demand production time (typically 2–7 business days) plus shipping time.

Secure checkout via Stripe
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Enter your card details on the Stripe-hosted checkout page. Your card information is never stored by MyDojang or your studio.

Order confirmation
After payment, you'll see an order confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. Keep this for your records.

Printful production
Your order is sent to Printful for printing and fulfillment. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping notification
Once Printful ships your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.

Track via carrier
Use the tracking number in your shipping email to follow your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Delivery timeframe
Total delivery time is production time (2–5 business days) plus shipping time (typically 3–8 business days for standard shipping in the US).

Order issues or questions
If you have a question about your order — such as a size issue, a defective item, or a missing package — contact your studio directly through the member portal's Messages section.

Include your order details
When messaging the studio about an order, include your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. This helps the studio resolve it quickly with Printful.

Printful quality guarantee
Printful covers defective or misprinted items. Your studio can initiate a replacement or refund with Printful on your behalf if the item arrives damaged or with a printing error.

Returns and exchanges
Because items are printed on demand, returns for incorrect size selections are generally not accepted. Please double-check the size guide before ordering. Contact your studio if you have concerns.
