QR Code & Check-In
Learn how to use your QR code for quick check-in at the studio, download it for offline access, and manage multiple student profiles.

Navigate to QR Code page
Go to the QR Code section in your member portal from the navigation menu.

View your unique QR code
Your personal QR code will be displayed prominently on the screen, ready to be scanned at the studio's kiosk.

Present for scanning
Hold your device up to the kiosk scanner to complete your check-in instantly.

Click the Download button
On the QR Code page, click the Download button located below your QR code.

Save to your device
The QR code will be saved as an image file to your device's downloads folder.

Access offline
Use the downloaded image for check-in even when you don't have internet access.

Find your 6-digit PIN
Your unique PIN is displayed on the QR Code page, below your QR code image.

Use the kiosk PIN pad
At the studio's kiosk screen, select the PIN check-in option instead of QR code scanning.

Enter your PIN
Type in your 6-digit PIN to complete check-in without needing to display your QR code.

Locate the profile switcher
Parents can find the student profile switcher at the top of the QR Code page.

Select a student
Click on the switcher and choose which child's QR code you want to display.

View student-specific QR code
The page will update to show the selected student's unique QR code and PIN.
