Locations

Manage your studio locations to organize classes and kiosk check-ins. Each location has its own schedule and kiosk URL for seamless attendance tracking.

Adding a Location

    Click Add Location

    Navigate to the Locations page and click the 'Add Location' button in the top right corner.

    Enter location name

    Provide a descriptive name for your location, such as 'Main Dojo' or 'Downtown Studio'.

    Add address details

    Fill in the complete address including street, city, state, and zip code. This helps members find your location.

    Save location

    Click 'Save' to create the location. It will now appear in your locations list and be available for class scheduling.

Editing Location Details

    Select a location

    Click on any location from your locations list to open the detail page.

  2. 2

    Click Edit

    Click the 'Edit' button to modify the location's information.

  3. 3

    Update details

    Change the name, address, or other details as needed. All fields can be updated.

    Save changes

    Click 'Save' to apply your updates. Classes and kiosk settings linked to this location will remain unchanged.

Kiosk URLs

    Open location details

    Click on a location to view its detail page.

    Find the kiosk URL

    The kiosk URL is displayed prominently on the location detail page. Each location has its own unique kiosk link.

    Copy the URL

    Click the 'Copy' button next to the kiosk URL to copy it to your clipboard.

    Set up kiosk device

    Open the kiosk URL on a tablet or computer at your studio entrance. Students can use this to check in for classes.

Public Class Schedule

    Enable the public schedule

    On the location edit page, toggle 'Enable Public Schedule' in the Public Schedule section. This generates a unique shareable link.

    Choose display options

    Toggle which fields appear on the public page: instructor names, belt levels, and class capacity.

    Select enrollment plans

    Choose which billing plans visitors can sign up for directly from the schedule page. If none are selected, no enrollment section is shown.

    Share the link

    Copy the schedule URL and share it on social media, your website, or anywhere prospective students might find it. The page is branded with your studio logo and colors.

Multiple Locations

    Add all your locations

    Create a separate location entry for each physical studio you operate.

  2. 2

    Schedule classes per location

    When creating class templates, assign them to specific locations. Each location can have its own schedule.

    Separate kiosk check-ins

    Each location's kiosk URL only shows classes scheduled at that location, preventing confusion for students.

    View location analytics

    Track attendance and utilization separately for each location in your reports.

Kiosk Check-In Restrictions

    Open kiosk settings

    On the location edit page, scroll to the Kiosk Settings section. Below the check-in method toggles you will find a 'Check-in Restrictions' subsection.

    Block past-due accounts

    Toggle 'Block past-due accounts' to prevent students with an outstanding past-due balance from checking in at the kiosk. They will see a message to speak with staff.

    Block when package classes are used up

    Toggle 'Block when package classes are used up' to prevent students on a PACKAGE billing plan from checking in once they have used all their included classes.

  4. 4

    Block check-in when class is full

    Toggle 'Block check-in when class is full' to prevent check-in once a class has reached its capacity limit. This only applies to classes that have a capacity set.

    Per-location control

    All three restrictions are configured per location. You can enable different combinations at each of your studio locations.
