The system automatically promotes all students marked as PASSED to the target belt rank. Their belt rank is updated immediately.

  5. 5

    Promotion history created

  6. 6

    Event locked

Once completed, the event status changes to COMPLETED and can no longer be edited. Students who failed or didn't show remain at their current belt rank.
