How to Run Your Event
Six steps from an empty calendar to a scored bracket. Every one of them lives in the same platform.

Create the event
Name it, set the date and venue, and pick your pricing model: a fee per division, or a base fee for the first division plus a flat rate for each extra one. The event stays private until you publish it.

Build your divisions
Set up divisions by age, rank, weight, and event type, with a capacity on each. Registration closes a division automatically once it fills, so you are not sorting overflow by hand the night before.

Set fees and promo codes
Percentage or fixed-amount promo codes, scoped to registrations, spectator tickets, or both, with redemption limits enforced at checkout. A full-discount code skips payment entirely and confirms on the spot.

Publish and take registrations
You get a public event page with competitor registration and spectator ticket sales. Payments land in your own Stripe account, and visiting schools register their own competitors through a magic link, so you are not retyping rosters from email.

Check competitors in
Work the check-in list on a tablet on event morning. Registrations from your own students already carry their rank and record, because they are the same student records your school runs on the rest of the year.

Seed brackets and score live
Generate brackets from checked-in competitors, assign them to rings, and score matches from the mat. A public live page shows results as they are entered, so parents in the stands stop asking the scorer's table.
