Collect Post-Class Ratings from Members

## What's New **Ratings & Feedback** lets you collect star ratings and comments from members after every class session — no extra effort required. ### How it works 1. After a class is marked complete, members who attended receive a short rating request via SMS or email. 2. They tap the link and leave a 1–5 star rating plus an optional comment. 3. You see the results instantly in **Dashboard → Ratings & Feedback**. ### What you'll find on the Ratings page - **Overview stats** — average rating, total ratings collected, response rate, and requests sent - **Staff Progression chart** — monthly average rating per instructor over the last 12 months; switch between an all-instructor view and a per-instructor detail view - **Star distribution** — bar chart of 1–5 star breakdown per instructor - **Instructor Breakdown table** — side-by-side avg rating, count, and last rated date for each staff member - **Recent Ratings table** — paginated feed of all submitted ratings with class, student, and comment ### Enabling rating requests Rating requests are sent automatically. To turn them on: 1. Go to **Settings → Automated Messages**. 2. Enable **Post-Class Rating Request** and save. Rating requests are included in your plan — no additional setup required.
