Attendance Badges, Kiosk Stats, Retention Alerts & Message Templates

## What's New ### Attendance Badges Members now earn badges for attendance milestones on the **Attendance** page in the member portal. There are 11 badges across two groups: - **Class Count** — First Class, 10 Classes, 25 Classes, 50 Classes, 100 Classes - **Consistency Streak** — 1-Week, 2-Week, 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 1-Year streaks Locked badges show what to work toward next. --- ### Kiosk Check-In Stats After a successful kiosk check-in, students now see a quick stats card showing: - Total all-time classes - Current weekly streak - Classes this month Milestone check-ins (10th, 25th, 50th, etc.) display a special badge. Staff can also configure a **late arrival threshold** (1–60 minutes) per location under Location Settings — check-ins after the threshold are automatically flagged as late. --- ### Retention Alerts Studio owners and managers can now spot students who may be drifting away: - **Cooling Off** — students who haven't attended in 14–29 days - **At Risk** — students who haven't attended in 30+ days Alerts appear on the **Dashboard home** and on a new **At Risk** tab under Reports. The student list also shows colored status dots for at-risk and cooling-off students. --- ### Message Templates Staff can now save and reuse message templates to speed up composing: - Create templates from **Messages → Templates** with token substitution (`{{studioName}}`, `{{studentName}}`) - Use the **Use Template** button in the compose form to insert a template in one click - A global library of platform-provided templates is available to copy into your studio
