Payment History & Payout Tracking

## What's New The Billing Analytics page now includes **Payment History** and **Payouts** tabs, plus a new revenue granularity toggle — all powered by live data from your Stripe Connect account. ### Payment History A searchable, paginated table of every charge processed through your studio's Stripe account. See the date, student name, amount, status, and payment method (card brand + last 4 digits) at a glance. Filter by date range to find specific transactions. ### Payouts Track money flowing to your bank account. Two summary cards show your **Available Balance** and **Pending Balance**, followed by a table of all payouts with status, arrival date, and amount. Filter by date range or payout status (paid, pending, in transit, failed). ### Revenue Granularity Toggle The Revenue Trend chart on the Billing Analytics tab now has **Daily**, **Weekly**, and **Monthly** toggle buttons. Daily shows the last 30 days, weekly shows the last 12 weeks, and monthly shows the last 6 months — so you can spot trends at any time scale. ### Requirements - **Stripe Connect** must be set up for your studio (Settings → Payment Setup) - Requires the **Advanced Reporting** plan feature
