Calendar Sync

## Sync Your Schedule to Any Calendar App You can now subscribe to your studio schedule in **Google Calendar**, **Apple Calendar**, **Outlook**, or any app that supports iCal feeds. Classes, events, cancellations, and schedule changes sync automatically. ### For Staff & Owners - Go to **Calendar** or **Settings** and find the **Calendar Sync** card - Click **Generate Feed URL** to create a subscription link - Copy the URL into your calendar app, scan the QR code with your phone, or tap **Quick Add (webcal)** on iOS/Mac - Your feed includes all classes and studio events for the next 4 weeks ### For Members - Go to **My Schedule** or **Settings** and find the **Calendar Sync** card - Generate a feed URL — it includes all classes your students are eligible for - Parents with multiple children get a single combined feed covering all their kids ### How It Works - Calendar apps refresh the feed every few hours, so new classes, cancellations, and changes appear automatically - If you revoke a feed URL, calendar apps will stop receiving updates - Calendar Sync is available on **Professional** and **Enterprise** plans ### Need Help?
