Billing Health Reports

## What's New The Billing Analytics page now includes a **Billing Health** tab to help you monitor student billing health and catch overdue payments early. ### Past Due Billing Aging A color-coded table of students with overdue payments, bucketed by age: 0–30 days (yellow), 30–60 days (amber), 60–90 days (orange), and 90+ days (red). See student name, plan, status, amount, and days past due at a glance. ### Summary Cards Three cards at the top showing your total **Active**, **Past Due**, and **Cancelled** billing counts for a quick health snapshot. ### At-Risk Students A focused table of students overdue by 30+ days, sorted by longest overdue first. Includes last payment date and a red badge for students 60+ days overdue so you can prioritize outreach. ### Billing Trends A bar chart showing **new subscriptions** vs **cancellations** per month over the last 12 months. Spot seasonal patterns and track growth at a glance. ### Export Download your billing health data as **CSV** or **PDF**. Exports respect the date range filter and include student name, plan, status, amount, and days past due. The PDF includes your studio branding. ### Date Range Filter All reports share a date range picker at the top. Filter by any period or leave it blank to see all-time data. ### Plan Requirement Billing Health Reports requires the **Advanced Reporting** plan feature.
