Award Tracking & Tournaments

## What's New Celebrate and track student achievements with the new Award Tracking system. ### Awards Create awards for students in four categories: **Trophy**, **Medal**, **Certificate**, and **Recognition**. Each award records the student, category, name, description, and date earned. View, edit, and delete awards from **Dashboard → Awards**. ### Tournaments Create tournament events with name, date, location, and description. Link awards directly to tournaments so you can track which students placed at each event. Tournaments appear on your **Dashboard Calendar** (purple cards) and in the **iCal sync feed** as all-day events. ### Automatic Milestone Awards Set up milestones that automatically award students when they hit key thresholds: - **Attendance milestones** — trigger when a student reaches a class count (e.g., 100 classes). Awards are granted automatically on check-in. - **Membership milestones** — trigger after a duration of active membership (e.g., 12 months). Checked daily at 2 AM UTC. Configure milestones in **Dashboard → Settings → Milestones**. ### Member Portal Trophy Case Students and parents can view earned awards in the member portal under **Awards**. The trophy case shows total counts, category breakdowns, and recent awards. ### Award Reports A new Awards section in **Dashboard → Reports** shows top earners and category breakdowns with date filtering. ### Plan Feature Award Tracking is a plan feature. Enable it for your studio's plan under **Admin → Plans** by checking the "Award Tracking" option.
